Cancellations: Please give us 48 hours
notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to someone on our waitlist. Late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged a fee equal to 100% of the total service cost and require a deposit before rebooking.

Running late: We’ll always do our best, but if you’re more than 15 minutes late we may need to adjust your service or rebook.
Redo policy: If something isn’t quite right, let us know within 7 days—we’ll organise a complimentary adjustment.
Allergies & sensitivities: Please tell us about any allergies or sensitivities before your service. Patch tests are available on request.
Kids: We’re family‑friendly please book the appropriate service time for little ones so we can take great care of them too.

Payments: We accept major cards, contactless payments & Afterpay • Deposits may be requested for longer colour bookings.
